Melissa Caccamo

LEWISTON — Covenant Health has hired Melissa Caccamo as vice president of practice operations for its provider enterprise at St. Mary’s Health System in Lewiston.

Caccamo joins St. Mary’s with 20 years of health care management experience. She will leverage the robust network of employed providers and their specialties to ensure access to quality health care for the community, service offerings and operational excellence.

Caccamo is a certified medical practice executive. Prior to joining Covenant Health, she spent nearly 15 years at Central Maine Healthcare in Lewiston in roles including vice president of medical group operation and innovation, as well as vice president of primary care, medical specialties and cardiovascular services, and system director of ambulatory and retail services.
