Kudos to Auburn Planning Board member Riley Bergeron and the current Auburn City Council for listening to the hundreds of citizens who both put up signs and signed petitions that protested against the proposed housing development between Gracelawn Road and Lake Auburn.

It now seems that the developer of the project has come to the conclusion that projected development is no longer worth pursuing. Good for the lake, and good for Auburn.
