PARIS — Paris Public Library’s Children’s Room: “Bag It Book Club – Just for Fun”  will be held on the second Wednesday of each month: June 12, July 10, and August 14, all at 1:30 p.m. (3 months only). Homeschoolers, private, and public schoolers of all ages are welcome. Pick up a bag at Paris Public Library. Directions are in the bag.

Choose any book you want. Draw a picture of something in the book. Label it with title, author, & illustrator. Rate it, 1 to 5 stars, 5 being the best. Tape it to the front of your bag. See the picture above. Put 3 to 5 things that represent your book in the bag. Use your imagination! Surprise us!

Some suggestions if needed: object, a structure you made, a painting, a poem you wrote about the book, list the characters with their roles, fiction book report (setting, characters, conflict/problem), costume or picture of a costume, collage, nonfiction or biography book report with what you learned, favorite part, etc. We look forward to you sharing your bags with us and others soon!
