LEWISTON — Attorney Stacy Stitham will become Brann & Isaacson’s new managing partner, effective July 1. She will succeed Marty Eisenstein, who has led the firm for over 20 years.

After stepping away, Eisenstein will remain a senior partner and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He plans to continue his active practice.

Stitham, a partner at Brann & Isaacson, recently served as president of the Maine State Bar Association and remains on its Board of Governors, sits on the Board of the Maine Justice Foundation, is a former board chairwoman of Pine Tree Legal Assistance, and taught business law at Thomas College for more than a decade.
