Walter Ward of Harpswell and his horse Gracie’s Tough Guy run laps Monday around the track at Oxford Fairgrounds on Pottle Road. Gracie, 2, will run his second race this weekend at the Cumberland Fairgrounds in Cumberland. He finished second in his first harness race. “He thinks he’s tough,” Ward said. “He’s not.
