PARIS — A Mexico man was charged Thursday in a March vehicular crash in Canton that killed a Leeds man.

An Oxford County grand jury indicted Troy Kimball, 30, on a charge of manslaughter, a crime punishable by up to 30 years in prison.

He was also charged with reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, punishable by up to five years in prison.

Oxford County Sheriff’s Office said Travis Boivin, 44, of Leeds was riding a 2008 Harley-Davidson motorcycle March 4 that had slowed down for a school bus ahead of him near 474 Turner St., which is also Route 108.

His motorcycle was stuck from behind by a 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer sedan driven by Kimball at about 5:12 p.m.

Boivin died at the scene, authorities said. Kimball was not injured.
