BETHEL — Four players scored two goals apiece as the Dirigo field hockey team defeated Telstar 10-0 on Wednesday.
Alyssa Ellis, Zoey Bordeau, Layla Merrill and Mackenzie Woods each tallied two goals for Dirigo (6-2). Grace Averill and Diana Cayer also scored.
Emily Woods assisted on two goals and Averill and Ellis each set up one.
Telstar (0-9) goalie Taejyah Lego made 18 saves.
FRYEBURG ACADEMY 2, OXFORD HILLS 1: Ella Dean’s fourth-period goal snapped a 1-1 tie as the Raiders won in Paris.
Haley Littlefield also scored for Fryeburg Academy (6-2). Goalie Rayna Wales had three saves.
Lily Hammond scored for Oxford Hills (0-7), and Kya Smith made four saves.
GIRLS SOCCER
TEMPLE ACADEMY 2, BUCKFIELD 0: Dixie Szabo scored twice as the Bereans won a battle of undefeated teams in Buckfield.
Mia Fitzpatrick and Sofia Isgro added assists for Temple Academy (9-0). Keeper Karissa DeWitt made six saves.
Buckfield (8-1) goalie Kai Trenoweth finished with 10 saves.
WINTHROP 3, SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 1: Abby St. Clair scored two goals, both off of corner kicks, as the Ramblers won in Jay.
St. Clair was assisted by Bella Baehr. Zion Armstrong also scored for Winthrop (3-2) on a breakaway in the first half.
Shaylin Holt scored the only goal for Spruce Mountain (1-6-1) off an assist from Ryleigh Pelletier.
