Patricia J. Beaulieu

LEWISTON – Patricia J. Beaulieu, 77, of Beaumont Lane, Lewiston, passed away on Wednesday Oct. 16, 2024, at Maine Medical Center with her loving family by her side after a sudden illness.

Pat was born in Lewiston on March 12, 1947, to the late Albert and Patricia (Pare) Camire. After graduating from St. Dominic High School in 1965, she went on to work as a bookkeeper for several businesses, including for the family business, Beaulieu Industries. Later, Pat worked at Earrings & Co. in Freeport where she enjoyed meeting different people and tourists from around the world.

As a stay-at-home mom, Pat never missed a hockey or field hockey game, took her kids on day trips to camp or the beach, and loved to babysit her grandkids. Pat was fun and laid back, becoming a ‘second mom’ to many of her kids’ friends.

Pat enjoyed the way the forest smelled after the rain, collecting colored sea glass as she walked along Popham Beach, birdwatching, and cooking. She kept track of the birds she saw in her bird books, named the squirrels she fed on the porch, and was known to try ‘unique’ recipes, while making notes in her many cookbooks. Pat especially loved spending time with her family, whether at a family reunion, during the holidays, or going out to lunch with her sisters.

She leaves her husband Roger Beaulieu of Lewiston; her children Scott Laberge and his wife Kimberly of Lewiston, Mack Beaulieu and partner Kelly Beauregard of Lewiston, and Niki Beaulieu also of Lewiston. She is survived by her four grandchildren Caleb and Corinne Laberge and Gemma and Natalie Beaulieu; great granddaughters Nolani and Anisa; siblings Rachel Krawczyk, Theresa (Richard) Berman, Louise (Bill) Lahaie, and Paul (Linda) Camire; and many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. She was predeceased by her brother George Camire.
