OTISFIELD — The Social Outreach Committee’s first Community Lunch of the year is Wednesday, January 15, from 11:30 to 12:30 at the Community Hall, 292 Rt.121. The menu includes Italian meals, including lasagna, Italian bread, salads with cookies and bars for dessert, and coffee or tea. Christmas and New Year celebrations are over and we settle into winter. It can be a time of quiet reflection, but we are social animals and winter can be isolating. Consider inviting someone to come with you to the lunch. It’s good food and good company, and the price is right. The meal is free; donations are appreciated and help to continue this activity.

COUNTY — The Oxford County Republican Committee will hold its monthly meeting at the Paris Fire Station on Tuesday, Jan 14, from 5 to 7 p.m. All Oxford County Republicans are urged to attend to elect Committee leadership for 2025 and to bring a dish to share for a potluck dinner.
