Franklin County Animal Shelter is located at 550 Industry Road in Farmington. The lobby, kitten, and available adult cat rooms are open to the public Monday to Saturday, 12-4 p.m. They are performing dog adoptions by appointment. Linda Blair: This beautiful girl defies her name with a friendly approach and she is one of the most photogenic kitties at the shelter! Petite and regal, she loves affection from people, and is a little aloof with other cats. Come meet her here at the shelter, Monday through Saturday, noon to 4 p.m.
