POLAND — Modivcare Inc., a health care services company dedicated to improving member outcomes through an advanced supportive care platform, has named Payson Priola of Poland as Modivcare Maine’s driver of the year.
Priola is a nonemergency transportation driver responsible for transporting Maine Medicaid members between their home and medical appointments, when those individuals have transportation barriers that would otherwise impact their ability to access health care. She started with Modivcare in 2022, and covers Androscoggin, Franklin and Oxford counties.
“Payson is the definition of a star employee,” Modivcare Maine Fleet Manager Susan Taylor said in a news release. “She is someone we can count on when we need it most. She doesn’t hesitate to take on additional responsibilities, and we are happy that she is a part of our team.”
