RANGELEY — The Rangeley Friends of the Arts is pleased to announce the schedule of events for summer 2025 at the RFA Lakeside Theater, 2493 Main St.
The annual fundraiser, “Little Lies, a tribute to Fleetwood Mac”, hosted by Jackie and Gary Patnode, will be held Thursday, July 17 at 5:30 p.m.
The RFA will continue to offer live theater starting with a production of “Chicago” July 1-5. The musical production will be presented with a live orchestra. The region’s favorite musical cabaret “Diva: Back to the Movies” returns July 24-28. The Community Theater production of “Mousetrap” will be presented Aug 15-17. Rounding out the summer of live theater are two “The Kitchen Table” storytelling workshops and performances, July 10 and Aug. 2.
The Indie Film Series and Indoor Concert Series return this summer with dates in July and August. There will be unique gallery exhibits through December. Each exhibit begins with an opening reception with the artists. Celebrated artist Michael Vermette will host two Plein Air Artist Workshops. Finally, two week-long Drama Camps for youth and teens will be offered.
