Roger A. St. Pierre

LEWISTON – Roger A. St. Pierre, 89, of Lewiston, Maine, passed away peacefully on April 10, 2026, surrounded by his loving family and his wife holding his hand.

Born in Lewiston on Jan. 15, 1937, he was the son of Desiree and Mary Lou St. Pierre. At the age of 14, Roger met the love of his life, Rachel Guilmette, whom he later married at 20. Together, they built a beautiful life and raised four children.

He is survived by his wife, Rachel Guilmette; his children, Anne Walker and her partner Tim of Poland, Michael St. Pierre and his wife Rachel of Lewiston, Gary St. Pierre and his wife Lisa of Durham, and Lisa Tiner and her husband Erik of Lewiston.

He also has 11 cherished grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren: and one great-great-grandchild. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly and cherished the time they spent with him.

Roger was predeceased by his parents; his sister, Rita and Gerry Morin; Muriel and Arthur Ouellette; his brother, Marcel and Monique; his baby sister, Lorraine; and his beloved grandson, Tony St. Pierre.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, April 23, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Fortin Pinette Group, 305 Alfred Plourde Parkway, Lewiston. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 24, 11 a.m., at Holy Family Church on 607 Sabattus St. in Lewiston, followed by a committal service with military honors at St. Peter’s Cemetery.
