Eslyn T. Gonzalez

OXFORD – Eslyn T. Gonzalez, 68, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, April 23, 2026.

Eslyn was deeply dedicated to her family and lived a life full of love and adventure.

She was known for her passion for racing, her devotion to her children and grandchildren, and the many adventures she shared with her longtime partner, Lenny Thompson. Whether at the track or in the company of loved ones, Eslyn brought energy, warmth, and a spirit that brightened every moment.

Eslyn’s greatest joy was her family, and she cherished every memory made with those she loved. Her presence, laughter, and strength will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her daughter Jenny Gonzalez.

She is survived by her children, Linda (Jason) Ellsmore, Miguel (Kaela) Gonzalez, Kris-Jenna (Tyson) Barker, Shauna (CJ) Martin, Emily Thompson and Spencer Thompson; and 14 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Eslyn will be forever remembered for her commitment to caring for and helping others. She was the center of our family – the one we all turned to for love, comfort, and guidance.

She will be missed more deeply than words can express, but we find peace knowing she is no longer in pain.

A burial service will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2026, at 10 a.m., Maple Ridge Cemetery, Hebron Center Road, Hebron, ME 04238, with a Celebration of Life to follow at 12 p.m. at Boomers, 107 Lake Road, Norway, ME 04268.
