* Matthew T. Hill, 35, Jay, driving without a license, April 5, $3,000 unsecured bail, court appearance scheduled for May 19, Jay Police Department.

* Luchen Bowie, 21, Carthage, domestic violence assault, probation violation, April 5, no bail listed, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

* Robert E. Begin, 55, Wilton, driving after suspension, April 6, $1,000 unsecured, court appearance June 9, Wilton Police Department.

* Carlton J. Elliott, 29, Farmington, unpaid fines/fees, April 6, released on order on payment of fines, Farmington Police Department.
