A crew from Lessard Roofing works on the roof of the former Norm’s Kwik Stop on Broad Street near the bridge in New Auburn recently. The building has been purchased by local businessman Dan Cunliffe Sr. who said, “I drive past it every day I am in town and I didn’t like the way it was looking … in a month when it opens, it will be the nicest looking building on the block.” The former Jimmy’s Gas Station and convenience store will be converted to office space and ready to lease by the end of next month.
