OXFORD — The Oxford County 4-H Leaders Association will hold its second annual Walk-a-Thon on Saturday, April 30, at the Oxford County Fairgrounds racetrack. The event runs from 9 a.m. to noon and the public is invited to attend and meet some of the 4-H members.

Money raised in the event is used to provide 4-H youth development opportunities to young people. Some of the 4-H programs are environmental education, community service, animal studies, leadership skills, group interaction, arts, safety awareness and much more.

Former 4-H participants are invited to attend and talk about their experiences. To donate, contact Lois Pike at 539-2998, Cindy Ouellette, 743-1886, or Michelle Bourget, 966-2626.
