Ryan Otis, the Master of Ceremonies of Sunday's Maine Shrine Lobster Bowl Classic planning session, takes a selfie with the assembled crowd. Moments before, Otis had admonished all present to turn off their phones and threatened to extract a $100 donation to the organization from anyone whose phone chirped during the meeting. Ironically, while taking the photo Otis's phone received a notification, prompting one audience member to remind him of the expected donation. Otis is the East Team coordinator for the annual football all-star game.
