WATERFORD — Announcement is made of the engagement of Heather Joy Hadley and Paul Douglas Bedard II of Waterford.

The future bride is a 2007 graduate of West Sumner Christian School. She is employed at Medical Care Development in Norway as a residential care worker/CRMA.

The future bridegroom is the son of Paul and Julie Bedard of Waterford. He briefly attended Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School and continued his education via home schooling. He is employed at Pratt and Sons Inc. of Minot as a laborer and operator since 2010.

A September 2012 wedding is planned.
