RUMFORD — Patrol officers responded to 107 complaints from 5 p.m. May 29 to midnight June 6. Basic traffic stops are not included in that number.

Wanted

Brian Lepage, 39, Peru, is wanted on Sagadahoc and Androscoggin counties warrants charging probation violations. The dates of the warrants are May 25 and June 2.

Arrests, summonses

May 30 at 5:54 p.m.: Troy Blanchard, 21, of Mexico was summoned by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Lincoln Avenue on charges of violation of bail. Blanchard is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on July 5.

May 30 at 6:45 p.m.: Troy Blanchard, 21, of Mexico was summonsed by Act. Cpl. Donald Miller on River Street on charges of Violation of Bail. Blanchard is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on August 2.

May 30 at 10:56 p.m.: Nathan Cote, 20, of Rumford was arrested by acting Cpl. Donald Miller on Cumberland Street on charges on a warrant for probation revocation. Cote was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

May 31 at 1 p.m.: Chad Warren, 26, of Rumford was arrested by Sgt. James Bernard on River Street on a warrant charging violation protection order. Warren posted $1,000 unsecured bail and was released.

May 31 at 2:50 p.m.: Richard “Red” Downs, 60, of Dixfield was arrested by Sgt. Douglas Maifeld on Congress Street on charges of obstructing a public way. Downs was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

May 31 at 10:13 p.m.: Cassandra Veilleux, 20, of Rumford was summoned by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Route 2 on a charge of operating after suspension. Veilleux is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

June 1 at 2 a.m.: Donald Hatheway, 20, of Rumford was summoned by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Waldo Street on a charge of operating without a license. Hatheway is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

June 1 at 2 a.m.: Brandon Nadeau, 19, of Andover was summoned by Patrolman Joseph Sage on Waldo Street on a charge of allowing unauthorized operation. Nadeau is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

June 1 at 3 a.m.: Dylan Bellegarde, 19, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Sage on Waldo Street on charges of possession of schedule z drugs. Bellegarde posted $900 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

June 1 at 10:05 p.m.: James Barbioni, 27, of Dixfield was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Sage on Falmouth Street on a warrant charging failure to pay fines and new charges of failure to submit to arrest and violation of bail. Barbioni is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on September 6.

June 2 at 10:01 p.m.: Lauren Leonard, 18, of Peru was summoned by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Rumford Avenue on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Leonard is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

June 3 at 8:40 p.m.: Jason Beedy, 31, of Mexico was arrested by Sgt. James Bernard on Franklin Street on a warrant charging failure to pay fines for criminal mischief. Beedy was additionally charged with violation of bail, posted $530 cash bail and was released. Court date Aug. 2 on the new charge.

June 4 at 2:15 a.m.: Bryan Canwell, 20, of Mexico was arrested by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Hancock Street on a charge of operating under the influence. Canwell posted $700 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Sept. 6.

June 4 at 2:35 a.m.: Larry Labonte, 55, of Rumford was arrested by Sgt. James Bernard on Waldo Street on charges of furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol. Labonte posted $200 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

June 4 at 2:35 a.m.: Daniel McClay, 20, of Rumford was summoned by Sgt. James Bernard on Waldo Street on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor. McClay is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

June 4 at 2:35 a.m.: Joshua Blodgett, 19, of Rumford was summoned by Sgt. James Bernard on Waldo Street on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor. Blodgett is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

June 4 at 11 a.m.: Kandice Child, 37, of Dixfield was summoned by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Lincoln Avenue on charges of violation of bail. Child is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

June 5 at 9:13 a.m.: Samantha Mayberry, 30, of Andover was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Plymouth Avenue on charges of domestic violence assault. Mayberry posted $700 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

June 5 at 10:43 p.m.: Earl Gerrish, 41, of Rumford was summoned by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Rumford Avenue on a charge of possession of marijuana. Gerrish is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Aug. 2.

Burglary

June 2 at 9:29 p.m.: Acting Cpl. Donald Miller investigated a burglary on the Swain Road. The report was deemed unfounded.

Criminal mischief

June 1 at 1:39 a.m.: Cpl. Lawrence Winson investigated damage to four tires on Essex Avenue. Damage estimated at $600.

June 1 at 11:51 a.m.: Patrolman Dave Hodgson investigated damage to a window on Maple Street. No damage amount listed.

June 4 at 12:18 p.m.: Patrolman Brad Gallant investigated the theft of a stereo from a vehicle on Crescent Avenue. Loss estimated at $200.

June 4 at 8 p.m.: Patrolman Michael Belanger investigated the theft of a cash and clothes from Hosmer Lane. Loss estimated at $20.
