AUBURN — The Green Leaf improved to 3-0 with a 14-2 win over the Gamers in Auburn Rec men’s softball.

Shaun Sturgis picked up the win on the mound and helped his own cause, going 2-for-3. Leading the way for the Green Leaf were Jake Nason, going 3-for-4, and Adam Nason, Eric Pepin, Jason Samoue and Tom Juray with two hits apiece. Craig Eastman led the offensive charge for the Gamers.

Green Leaf beat Main-Land, 15-11, in a wild game at Tribou Field. Nason was the winning pitcher and helped his own cause, going 2-for-3. Jason Barfield and Pepin led Leaf’s offensive charge, each going 3-for-3.
