“Moxie … it’s Maine in a bottle!” is the 2011 Moxie Festival theme.

The Moxie Festival committee decides on a theme each year based on an annual contest. Close to 70 entries arrived from Maine, California, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas. This year’s winner is Jeff Moxcey of Waterville.

And who created the great design to go along with the theme?

Lisbon High School senior Jordan Fox created the 2011 Moxie Festival winning logo. Fox’s design was chosen from a contest held at the Middle School and High School.
