LIVERMORE FALLS — Selectmen will open their Monday meeting in public and then go directly into executive session on a legal matter and then come and go into a second executive session on a personnel matter, Town Manager Kristal Flagg said.
The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. July 18 at the town office.
The regular board meeting is not expected to begin until about 7 p.m., Flagg said.
On the agenda for the meeting are discussion on financing a backhoe, update on Route 4, discussion of Roger LaPlante property and a reappointment to the town Budget Committee.
Selectmen are expected to open bids for the 2004 police cruiser and hear from Code Enforcement Officer James Butler Jr.
Flagg also said the board will consider a donation of a little child’s playground.
The board will then hold a third executive session with the town’s auditor on a legal matter.
