AUBURN — Funeral services were held Thursday for William Francis Steele with the Rev. Dodi Knights officiating assisted by Doris Miller. Cathy Haley provided the music. Committal prayers were held at Gracelawn Memorial Park and Military Honors were provided by the Maine Funeral Honors Program. Pallbearers were James Steele, Scott Violette, Brandon Steele, Dick Hinse, Rick Steele and Jim Hart. A reception followed at Danville Grange Hall.
