TURNER — The wedding of Adrienne Rau and Olend Kondakciu was held at noon on July 16 at the home of the parents of the bride in Turner. Judith Andrucki, Esquire, officiated at the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Richard and Shelley Rau of Turner. The bridegroom is the son of Nikolla and Margarita Kondakciu of Durres, Albania.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents. Christina Laskaris, fiancee of the bride’s brother, Lucas Rau, was maid of honor. Best man was Jurgen Kociaj of Albania, childhood friend of the bridegroom.

The processional was performed by Perry Cheng, friend of the couple, and the recessional was performed by Lucas Rau, brother of the bride. Ring bearer was Noel Duro, nephew of the bridegroom.

A reception followed at the Rau home. A wedding trip is planned for late October. The couple is residing in Watertown, Mass.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of the Maine School of Science and Math in Limestone and a 2006 graduate of Barnard College in New York, N.Y.

The bridegroom is a 2003 graduate of Pearson College at Vancouver Island, British Columbia, and a 2007 graduate of Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass.

They are both employed at Akamai Technologies in Cambridge, Mass.
