Children’s singer-songwriter Rick Charette will perform from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 10, at the Maine Wildlife Park in Gray. His performances blend original contemporary pop music and lyrics with fun activities involving audience members. On Saturday, he will sing many songs about Maine wildlife. The show will go on rain or shine. On Sunday, Sept. 11, national Grandparents Day, admission to the park will be free for grandparents accompanied by grandchildren. The park is open daily from 9:30 a..m. to 4:30 p.m. through Nov. 11; visitors must leave by 6 p.m. Admission is $7 for adults, $5 for seniors and children ages 5-12; free for ages 3 and younger.
