FARMINGTON — Elisabath von Trapp of the family whose story inspired “The Sound of Music” will perform acoustic music at Trinity United Methodist Church on Monday, Oct 17.

The 7 p.m. program will include original compositions, poetry set to music, ballads of heroes and heroines, and melodies of love.
