
LEWISTON – Healthy Androscoggin held its annual meeting May 13 at the Auburn Public Library, and honored three community partners with Coalition Awards.
The awards are distributed to local and regional community partners and consist of the Community Leadership, Will Bartlett, and Partnership awards.
The 2024 Community Leadership Award was presented to Julia Harper from the Good Food Council of Lewiston-Auburn. The award recognizes an individual that has exemplified superior leadership through work in the community.

The Will Bartlett Award went to Chris Piercey, school nutrition director for the Auburn School Department. Bartlett was a guidance counselor in the Lewiston School Department.
The Partnership Award went to Greater Androscoggin Humane Society and was accepted by Executive Director Katie Lisnik and Denise Ouellette, board president. This award is given to an individual or organization in the community who has exemplified superior partnership with Healthy Androscoggin.
