
LITCHFIELD — Blistered Fingers Bluegrass Festival is celebrating its 60th festival June 20-23 at the Litchfield Fairgrounds, 30 Plains Road.
The event will feature the Blistered Fingers Kids Academy, a free, relaxed, informative three-day music program for children for ages 6-18. The focus is how to play, sing and perform bluegrass music. Students can bring their own instruments and commit to the three day program. The students all get a free T-shirt and perform a couple of songs as a group on the main stage.
Performers include: The Gibson Brothers, Nothin’ Fancy, Country Gentlemen Tribute Band, Kevin Prater Band, Katahdin Valley Boys, High River, Hemingway Brothers, Robinson’s Bluegrass Gospel, a your host band Blistered Fingers.
Day passes cost $25-$40.
