Employees and volunteers of Franklin Memorial Hospital are lining up to get their flu shots to protect the health of hospital patients, employees and visitors. Joseph Bujold, FMH board chairman, gets his flu shot from Tracy Brooks, RN, while board members Ron Aseltine and Waine Whittier wait their turn. Also present is Pam Hadley, RN, infection control coordinator. This year, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control is recommending that everyone age 6 months and older get a flu vaccine. Ample supplies of influenza vaccine are available.
