Volunteers Ed Range and Nick Archer keep the coffee perking and the juice flowing at the July 16 Wilkins House Breakfast.

WATERFORD — A team of dedicated volunteers baked, cooked, perked, poured, and grilled for visitors on July 30. Family groups, long-time locals, and many new to the area enjoyed a hearty breakfast of pancakes with real Maine maple syrup from Colonial Hill Farm & Sugar Shack in Waterford, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, donut holes, and accompanying hot and cold beverages.

The last breakfast of the season is Aug. 13, so mark your calendars!  Proceeds from this entirely volunteer-run breakfast help support the Wilkins House, a long-time venue for bringing people together year-round.

The Wilkins House is located at 19 Plummer Hill Road in Waterford. 7:30 – 10 a.m. Adults $12, children aged 4-12 $8.
