An Otisfield man was charged with reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon and aggravated assault after shooting a woman in the hand with a AR-15 style rifle Saturday.
At approximately 7:10 p.m, the Oxford County Regional Communication Center received a call reporting that a woman had been shot outside a residence on Bell Hill Road in Otisfield, according to a release from the Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
