Kaylee Hudson scored twice to lift Edward Little/Leavitt/Poland/Oxford Hills to a 4-0 win over Penobscot on Wednesday in Brewer.
Leski Langevin added a goal and an assist for the Red Hornets (2-0), while Khloe Nadeau had a goal and Kylie three had two assists.
Paige Fecteau made 17 saves to earn the win, while Abbie Derosier stopped 57 shots for the Brewer/Bangor/Hampden/John Bapst/Old Town/Orono co-op.
FALMOUTH/SCARBOROUGH 7, GREEY/GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 0: Maya Fongemie scored three times and the Navigators won their season opening, beating the Rangers (0-2) in Falmouth.
Ella Yates added two goals and two assists for Falmouth/Scarborough. Avery Larsen and Hope Melevesky also scored and Anna King had an assist. Tessa Woodbury stopped six shots to earn the win.
Charley Louie had 36 saves saves Greely/Gray-New Gloucester.
