Phoebe Bell, Maranacook senior midfielder: The MVC and Class C Player of the Year helped lead the Black Bears to their first state title since 2021. Bell scored 20 goals, including a hat trick in the regional final and two goals in the state championship game, and added eight assists. She was named All-New England.

Gabby Chasse, Brewer senior goalkeeper: A first-team all-KVAC and Maine State Coaches Association all-state selection, Chasse posted five shutouts and averaged eight saves per game. She kept the Witches competitive in the A North quarterfinals with her defense and willingness to break up plays. She ends her career with 13 shutouts. 

Jo Jo Clukey, Bangor junior defender: Clukey was the defensive anchor for a team that allowed nine goals and recorded 11 shutouts on the way to a second straight Class A title. She is a two-time first-team all-KVAC and A North selection, and was named All-New England.

Reese Harder, Falmouth senior defender: The SMAA Defender of the Year was a key component for the Navigators, who allowed only seven goals (four in the regular season) and recorded 11 shutouts. Harder added nine goals and two assists, and was named to the MSCA all-state and regional all-star teams. 

Marley Jarvais, Windham senior forward: Jarvais was named the SMAA Forward of the Year after scoring 13 goals and adding nine assists for the Eagles, who reached the Class A South final for the second year in a row. She was also selected for the All-New England team and is committed to play soccer at Southern New Hampshire University. 

Neve Ledbetter, Windham senior midfielder: Ledbetter was named the SMAA Midfielder of the Year after a 22-goal, eight-assist season for the Class A South runner-up squad. She was also named to the All-New England team and is committed to Southern New Hampshire University for lacrosse.

Noelle Mallory, Cape Elizabeth senior forward: The three-time WMC Player of the Year is the Varsity Maine Player of the Year after leading the Capers to an undefeated season and the Class B championship. Mallory scored 30 goals and added 25 assists. She finished her career with a program-record of 90 goals. The United Soccer Coaches All-American is committed to play soccer at Middlebury College. 

Clara Oldenburg, Bangor senior midfielder: A repeat Varsity Maine All-State selection, Oldenburg was named the Class A and KVAC A player of the year after scoring 25 goals and dishing out 27 assists this season for the repeat state champion Rams. She ends her career with a program-record 73 goals and 70 assists. The All-American is committed to play soccer at Bates College.

Georgie Stephenson, Bangor sophomore striker: Stephenson led the Rams in scoring with 36 goals and eight assists, but no goal was bigger than the winner in the Class A championship game that secured Bangor’s second consecutive state title. The sophomore was selected as an All-American. 

Natalie Tardie, Hermon senior striker: Tardie helped the Hawks claim their second straight Class B North title, and third in four years, by tallying 41 goals and 19 assists. She ends her career with 104 goals. The All-American is committed to play soccer at St. Peter’s University. 

Molly Williams, Camden Hills sophomore forward: For the second year in a row, Williams led the Windjammers in scoring, finishing with 39 goals and 17 assists. The All-New England selection scored eight goals in the playoffs as Camden Hills reached the Class A North final for the fourth year in a row. 

COACH OF THE YEAR

Branden Noltkamper, Cape Elizabeth: After back-to-back losses in the Class B South final, the Capers won their first state championship since 2021. Noltkamper was able to keep his team focused on each game, not allowing external pressures to impact the Capers’ preparation or play as the year progressed. They finished 18-0, the program’s first undefeated season since 2019, and outscored opponents 88-7, including 12-1 in the postseason.
