Lewiston voters head to polls for critical House special election

Polls will be open at Longley School until 8 p.m. Tuesday for the House District 94 race between Janet Beaudoin and Scott Harriman.

Voters in Lewiston’s House District 94 go to the polls today to choose a state representative to finish the term of Kristen Cloutier.

Cloutier, a Democrat elected to her fourth term in November 2024, resigned from her seat to become chief of staff to Maine Senate President Mattie Daughtry.

Running in the House District 94 special election are Democrat Scott Harriman and Republican Janet Beaudoin.

House District 94 represents parts of Lewiston’s Wards 2, 3, 4 and 5. The special election is open only to voters in the district.
