Sen. Susan Collins recently visited several technology labs at Central Maine Community College in Auburn. Here the senator watches a robot at work in the electromechanical technology lab. Collins also toured the precision machining and criminal justice/CSI labs. All of these facilities have state-of-the-art equipment that has been purchased with federal funding through the Carl Perkins Vocational and Technical Education Act.
