FARMINGTON — Franklin Health Farmington Family Practice announces that Kendra Emery, DO, will join its medical practice on April 16.

Dr. Emery grew up in the area and, after completing a residency in Colorado, had a desire to return to her roots and practice family medicine in Maine.

She received her medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and trained as a predoctoral teaching fellow in anatomy and osteopathic manipulative medicine also at UNE. Dr. Emery completed her residency in family medicine at St. Anthony North Family Medicine in Westminster, Colo.

Farmington Family Practice has offices on the ground floor of the Franklin Health Medical Arts Center on the Franklin Memorial Hospital campus in Farmington. It offers a full range of family medicine services. Other providers in the practice include J. Bertrand Audette, DO; Armand Auger, MD; Marvin Lee, MD; Kristine Sandon, DO; David Huish, PA-C; and Calli Meader, PA-C.

Dr. Emery resides in Wilton with her husband. During her free time she enjoys mountain biking, trail marathons, triathlons, and telemark and cross country skiing.
