Army Spc. Jonathan Fowler of Lewiston leaves the Lewiston city building with his bride, Kelly Cummings, after the couple got married in a brief ceremony Thursday. They decided to get married while Fowler was home on leave from Germany. “We just wanted to get married before he went back,” Cummings said. The ceremony was performed by Assistant City Clerk Audra Fleury. She said the city does about 20 wedding ceremonies a year, by appointment, for $75 each.
