The basic reason for marriage is procreation; therefore, there is no reason to accord homosexuals the rite and rights of marriage.
Certainly they are not going to procreate, and children deserve to be raised by a father and a mother. Adoption should be disallowed to any same-sex couple.
There has been a steady erosion of the concept of one nation under God. I would encourage people to read the Bible, Romans 1:18-32.
