AUBURN — The Auburn Democratic City Committee will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, at Auburn Hall. Richard Gross, chairman of the Androscoggin County Charter Commission, will explain how the proposed charter would affect county government.

This will be the last meeting before the July-August break. Parking is available in the garage. Use the courtyard entrance and take the elevator to the second floor.

All Auburn Democrats are urged to attend the city committee meetings, which take place on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Refreshments are served and visitors are welcome. Those attending are encouraged to bring a nonperishable food item for the pantry at the Trinity Jubilee Center. Call 777-3125 with questions.
