Garrett Mason has my vote and Colleen Quint has my concern, once again.
Quint is said to be running against Mason because he is too young to be a senator. Does Quint think she has an easy win because she views Mason as a school kid?
Quint, being an educator, concerns me because educators help to guide school age children into believing they can succeed. Mason has shown his competence throughout his first term, with or without her support.
He holds his own by making the tough decisions and voting his conscience that matches the people concerning the deficit. Mason is in the forefront with supporting no cuts to higher education, domestic violence laws, the largest tax cut in the history of Maine and, by cuts to the legislative budget, leading by example.
Mason communicates but Quint never replied to my Aug. 9 letter to the editor.
