SALEM — Starting goalkeeper Allie Lopez came out of the cage and scored a second-half hat trick for the Mt. Abram girls’ soccer team Monday afternoon, pushing the Roadrunners to a 5-0 MVC win over Boothbay.

Alex Harnden scored the lone goal in the first half for the Roadrunners (8-5-1) and later added an assist. Lindsay Beane also had a goal, with Jill Howard, Kenzie Tyler and Taylor Henderson notching additional assists.

Lopez and Staci Plog combined for two saves. Melissa McFetridge stopped 11 shots for Boothbay (1-12).
