* John E. Grant Jr., 21, of Norway, Oct. 23, operating after suspension and violation of bail condition, Norway Police Department.

* Matthew P. Petillo, 28, of Gilead, Oct. 23, domestic assault and violation of bail condition, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
