Fairbanks Union Church, 583 Fairbanks Road, Farmington, will hold a Christmas Eve service at 7 p.m. on Dec. 24, when the Christ Candle will be lit. This will be a traditional service of lessons and carols for all to enjoy. Solos will include “In the Bleak Mid-Winter” sung by Clyde Ross, “O, Holy Night” by John Bagnulo and a special sung offering by Doug Smith. Jackie Ranco, organist, will also be joined by flautist Hallie Yorks. The service will be ASL interpreted (American Sign Language) by Sherry Walrath, pictured at left.
