FARMINGTON — Franklin Health Ear, Nose and Throat and its lead physician, Michael P. Joseph, MD, FACS, are relocating to the Androscoggin Valley Medical Arts Center at 21 Main St., Livermore Falls, effective April 1. ENT services will be available there four days a week.

Dr. Joseph is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons who has been providing specialty care for conditions affecting the ears, nose, sinuses and throat, including surgery, in Farmington and Livermore Falls since April 2012.

According to Susan Theiss, the medical practice manager, the last day the Farmington office will be open is Thursday, March 28. It is at 105 Mt. Blue Circle, a quarter of a mile west of Franklin Memorial Hospital.
