RUMFORD —  The following arrest was recorded by the Police Department.

Thorin Walton, 19, Rumford, disorderly conduct, 10:45 p.m. April 1 on Hancock Street. He was released on $200 cash bail and will be arraigned on May 7 in 11th District Court.
