* Albert G. Lamb Jr., 40, of Otisfield, April 25, operating after suspension, Maine State Police.

* William P. Panagakos, 53, of Portland, April 25, criminal trespass, Oxford Police Department.

* Brian J. Hartford, 45, of Conway, N.H., April 26, two counts of failure to pay fines, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
