The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce has announced the release of the 2013-14 Welcome Guide, annual publication that aims to help bolster tourism, assist with persons relocating and supply the local population with resources including day trips, an event calendar and a business directory. To pick up a copy, stop by the Chamber office at 615 Wilton Road anytime from 8 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday.
