Key losses:  Meredith Allen (MF), Ava Amador (F), Emily Corthell (MF), Sabrina Keach (FB), Arin McLaughlin (MF), Samantha Mochamer (FB), Leigh Ronald (MF), Nara Montenegro (F).

Promising newcomers: Senior — Abbi Davis (MF);  Freshmen — Mackenzie Conlogue (MF), Makenzie Thompson (MF), Chelsea Newhall (MF), Abby Lochala (MF).

Outlook: Conlogue and Schoen are veteran high school coaches and take over a Cougar program that has found consistent success in the last few years under Dave Ronald. Mt. Blue lost an abundance of talent but still has the makings of a playoff team. Thompson was an all-state defender last year and leads a returning group that could keep the Cougars in the hunt.
