CONCORD, N.H. —   Keenan Wood of Berlin High School has been selected as the recipient of the John and Doris Jacobs and Family Scholarship at the Advanced Studies Program at St. Paul’s School in Concord. Wood was a student in the astronomy class this summer.

The Jacobs Scholarship Fund was established by Mr. and Mrs. Jacobs in recognition of the value of this educational opportunity to their four daughters who all attended the Advanced Studies Program while students at Berlin High School.

Mr. Jacobs died several years ago, and Mrs. Jacobs now resides in Norway, Maine. Through this scholarship she continues to help provide a summer of academic enrichment to deserving Berlin High School students.
